Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant, and Kinetpay Technologies Pvt Ltd (“PerkQi”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using PerkQi for Shopify, you accept these terms. If you use PerkQi for a business, you confirm that you can accept them on its behalf.
The service
PerkQi is promotions and loyalty software for Shopify stores. It lets you describe promotions in plain English, target customers using your store data, show offers in your storefront and check discounts against margin rules you set.
We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
Your account
- You must keep your Shopify store and PerkQi access secure.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Plans and billing
PerkQi is billed monthly through Shopify, based on your plan:

Extra live promotions are $10 per promotion, per month. The AI promotion advisor is charged by usage. We never take a cut of your discounts or orders.
Fees are charged in US dollars and are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Your promotions and content
You decide which promotions run. PerkQi only applies promotions you approve, and checks each discount against your margin floor, stacking rules and budget cap.
You are responsible for making sure your promotions, prices and shopper messages follow the advertising, consumer and tax laws that apply to your store.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PerkQi for anything illegal or misleading.
- Try to access another merchant’s data.
- Reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service.
- Overload or disrupt our systems.
Your data
You own your store’s data. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and delete it.
Availability and support
We aim to keep PerkQi available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Support is available at [email protected].
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PerkQi is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using PerkQi at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms. When the agreement ends, we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
